Tooling and Product Design

Designs of toolings for customer parts are made by using Solidworks®, Mastercam® ve Elcam® software and produced to precision on wire erosion machine, vertical machining center, milling machine, grinding machine and drills. For the heat treatment of machined toolings, we co-operate with suppliers invested in state-of-the-art technology. Toolings are monitored by data gathered from life cycle stamping count, repair-maintenance analysis, revision status and spare parts and hitches are minimized.
